What is the Dragon Café in the City?
We are a fortnightly pop-up that takes place in Shoe Lane Library. All events on our programme are free and take place in various areas of the library - there’ll be a reception desk as you enter where you can sign up if it’s your first visit, or use for direction to the event you’d like to join.
What isn’t the Dragon Café in the City?
Dragon Café in the City offers a range of practical and engaging events that encourage self-care and mental wellbeing, however our activities are not directly linked to mental health, nor do our conversation-based events (e.g. the Thrive LDN Sharing Booth) act as professional therapy. If you are struggling with your mental health, please seek professional support. A list of free services for City workers and residents can be found on the City of London Corporation's Mental Health page.
Who can access the event?
Dragon Café in the City is free and open to anybody who would like to join in.
